If you are using industrial version of our controller, it may be few steps behind. It is normal state, industrial version is more conservative. If you need some functionality which is not yet aviable in industrial series, let us know.

Auxiliary files

If you have problem running Firmware update application, you will probably have to install the .NET Framework. You can download it directly from Microsoft site. If you have a difficulty finding it, you may download older version for the most common 32-bit Microsoft Windows here.

If you are searching for update application for your old controllers E3/Z3, you can find it here. No new firmware was released for E3/Z3 series since 6/2010. E3/Z3 controler firmware is sealed.
